AeroSpray is an exterior cleaning and roof treatment business based in Auckland, New Zealand. This policy explains how we handle your personal information under the Privacy Act 2020.

When you ask for a quote or book a job, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about the work you need. This may come through our website, our Facebook and Instagram ads, by phone, text or email.

Why we collect it

We use your information to prepare your quote, book and carry out the work, invoice you, and contact you about your job. We may also contact you about follow-up services, such as a reminder when your roof or house is due for another treatment. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We only share it with services we use to run the business, such as our accounting and email software, and with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google when you contact us through their ads.

How we keep it safe

We store your information securely and only keep it for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights
